TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Publisher reserves the right to reject any ad which is not in keeping with publication standards.
• Errors in listings which do not materially effect the value of advertising are not subject to allowance in billing. Advertiser's exclusive remedy in the event the advertiser's advertisement in the Women's Resource Directory (the "ad") is omitted, misplaced or contains any errors shall be the correction of same, without charge to the advertiser, provided publisher is notified in writing within 90 days of publication. This correction appears in next edition of Women's Resource Directory. Women's Resource Directory's liability under this agreement is limited to the cost of the ad and under no circumstances is liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, arising out of Women's Resource Directory performance or failure to perform the terms of this agreement.
• This Advertiser Contract contains the complete agreement of the parties regarding its subject matter. No agent or employee of the Women's Resource Directory has any authority to amend, delete or supplement any portion of this Advertiser Contract. Changes or alterations to the terms of this contract, or to listing information, must be done in writing.
• Advertiser warrants to be owner of and/or is entitled to use copy, cuts, illustrations, and any trademarks, service marks, and trade names associated with advertisement and assumes liability for all content of ads placed. Advertiser assumes responsibility for any claims arising therefrom and agrees to defend and indemnify the publisher against all claims, losses, judgments and damages (including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees) which arise from the use or publication of said advertisement.
• Balance due prior to publication date. All monies must be paid prior to publishing (unless by prior arrangement). 50% of total contracted ad rates charged for cancellation of ad 30 days prior to publication.

ART REQUIREMENTS

Ads are to be submitted in digital format on zip, CD, disk or via email to carrie@womensresourcedirectory.com.

• Ads received must be at least 150 dpi, have all fonts imbedded and be submitted in one of the following formats: PDF, TIF, JPG or EPS. We also accept native files from InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop and Pagemaker.

If you have chosen for us to design your ad, you must provide guidance and any art you want included by November 1st. A proof and sign-off sheet will be provided for this option by email or fax.

If you are a WEB FEATURED SPONSOR, our graphics department will contact you for art and text requirements after you've submitted your order.
