Terms & Conditions

• Publisher reserves the right to reject any ad which is not in keeping with publication standards.

• Errors in listings which do not materially effect the value of advertising are not subject to allowance in billing. Women's Resource Directory's liability under this agreement is limited to the cost of the ad and under no circumstances is liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, arising out of Women's Resource Directory performance or failure to perform the terms of this agreement.

• The Advertiser Contract contains the complete agreement of the parties regarding its subject matter. No agent or employee of the Women's Resource Directory has any authority to amend, delete or supplement any portion of this Advertiser Contract. Changes or alterations to the terms of this contract, or to listing information, must be done in writing.

• Advertiser warrants to be owner of and/or is entitled to use copy, cuts, illustrations, and any trademarks, service marks, and trade names associated with advertisement and assumes liability for all content of ads placed. Advertiser assumes responsibility for any claims arising therefrom and agrees to defend and indemnify the publisher against all claims, losses, judgments and damages (including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees) which arise from the use or publication of said advertisement.

• Balance due prior to posting online.
